Well, it was the weekend, and that always means BUSY for me!
Sat - started off with the Power Circuit because I just couldn't face the MELTDOWN.
It wound up being the only exercise that I got in for the day because I returned home late and just had NO energy to move!
0800 - Brkfst: Smoothie
1200 - Lunch: Vietnamese noodle soup
1700 - Snack: Almond Butter/Apple
1900 - Dinner: Soup, papaya salad, liver lap
Sunday - 0700: MELTDOWN: 69/65; 82/64; 50/25; 39/68 feeling more coordinated
0800 - Brkfst: 3 sml eggs-spinach-tomatoe-Indian yogurt-curry powder
1200 - Lunch: Sticky rice, cabbage soup, sour greens, jaew
1530 - Snack: Grilled pork (very lean), jaew
1800 - Snack: Grilled chicken hearts, lettuce, mint leaves
2000 - Dinner: Raw carrot, blue cheese
Home late again, exhausted, fell into bed!
