Started the morning with MELTDOWN. I now remember why I haven't done this exercise since the last group program :) My flexibility and endurance has gone way down!

0730: Breakfast = 3 small eggs, spinach, dried tomatoes in 1 TB coconut oil, curry powder, India yogurt, water.
10:30: Snack = 1/2 Asian pear, 2 TB almond butter, peppermint tea
1300: Lunch = salmon, salad (lettuce, tomatoe, cuke, evo/lime)
1600: Snack = clementine tangerine
1900: Dinner = tuna steak, slaw (purple cabbage, dakon radish, carrot, coconut oil, vinegar)
1730: ICP Not very fast b/c of DOMS.
2030: POWER CIRCUIT 40/1 absolutely could NOT do another one!
