Woke up late this morning, but did pyramid at home. Got thru to level #5 and did level #5 again, then 20 min was up!
1545 - MELTDOWN: 77/69; 86/64; 44/28; 40/64
I'm not doing so well with the spideys, my hips are still clinking. Pain in the foot that I injured last time around with the Lunge Thrus, but I'm just being careful and still doing them.
Today is beginning of WAVE . . .
0800 - brkfst: 3 small eggs, grilled pork, ylw capsium, cooked in 1 TB coconut oil
1000 - snack: tulsi tea, 18 raw almonds
1300 - Salmon bisque
1600 - 1TB almond butter
1900 - Grilled pork and chicken, vegie soup, greens, pak gouk
I read Dax's report about why we make excuses and fail . . . I'm really feeling that, today. I told myself that I was committed to complete the MAP, but when I'm so tired, I just CANNOT exercise. I have guests at home and lots of extra committments for these 2 weeks, but I realize that I cannot use that as an excuse. I really want to get back to where I was last year, but doing the work is hard! I am re-analyzing . . .
I had dinner guests again last night, so another late bedtime, but we ate at home, so I was able to control what I ate.
