DAY 17

I tried to do the Meltdown, but only got thru 1 set . . . I'm still feeling really "off" . . .

WAVE DAY . . . my loving husband bought eggs . . .
0745 - 3 large eggs with greens sauted in 1/2TB butter and 1/2TB coconut oil
0930 - Tulsi tea
