0640 - Pyramid #1-4 in 15 minutes. I had absolutely no energy to complete the 20 minutes and I was becoming dizzy and sweaty. I really have no idea what's going on???
0730 - Vegie soup with lots of shrimp
0900 - tusli tea
1030 - almonds, more tulsi
1245 - fresh coconut water
1315 - leftover chicken breast with lettuce and olives, EVO
1400 - 4 macadamia nuts
1800 - fresh coconut water
1900 - fresh water fish fried in coconut oil, grated ginger, onion, chilies, garlic
2030 - 5 macadamia nuts
In bed and asleep before 9pm!
