DAY 23

0615 - Pyramid #1-#5 with 2-4kg DB for upper body and 1-12kg DB for squats

FASTING DAY . . .

started the day with a hot cup of ginger water, lots of lemon water, peppermint tea . . .

DAY 22

0645 - Power Circuit 50/5 . . . first exercise in days . . . feels really great!
1745 - DB Matrix with 2-4kg DB x 2 sets . . . YIPEE!

CARB DAY!!!
0730 - Oats, pecans, 1 date, cinnamon, coconut oil; 2 eggs/curry powder; 1 slice watermelon
0800 - 500cc of smoothie: carrot, beet, banana, greens, prt pwdr, jackfruit, cinnamon
1030 - tiny pc of cake and tea for AUS DAY :(
1130 - 500cc of smoothie
1315 - beef mix and green beans
1830 - post workout shake: banana, peanut butter, choc prt pwdr
1900 - grilled pork (waiting for pumpkin squash to cook, seems to be taking forever!)
2100 - baked pumpkin squash with EVO and cinnamon

Day 21

0730 - 3 eggs
1030 - almonds
1330 - ground beef, onion, garlic, eggplant, chilies, dried tomatoes sauted in EVO, lettuce w/EVO
1830 - Green + purple beans, more ground beef mixture.
2000 - Macadamia nuts (too many!)

Still feeling weak and hurting . . . will try for exercise in the morning . . .

Week 3 Measurements

On my 24 January . . .
Neck = 13.5in down 0.5 inch
Bust = 40 down 1 inch
Arm = 12.5 down 0.5 inch
Waist = 34 down 1 inch
Abd = 38 UP 1 inch from week 2
Hips = 42 no change
4"leg = 19 no change from week 2
8" leg = 24 no change from week 2
Still suffering from a flare-up of LUPUS, so minimal exercise. Waving, Fasting . . . had 1 "off" meal . . . drinking water, taking all supplements except Milk Thistle, getting to bed by 9pm.

DAY 16

Woke up at 0430 with the early roosters, then fell back asleep and got up late!
0715 - Power Circuit 50/10 . . . finally got in at least 10 walk-outs . . . my heart rate really pumps with these exercises!

WAVE Day . . . didn't get to buy eggs b/c on motorbike, several get broken by the time I get home . . . husband says he will buy, today.
0800 - Soup with oysters (sauted in butter and coconut oil), greens, long green chilies, and vegie broth.
0930 - Tulsi tea
1330 - Lettuce, chicken breast, EVO/lime
1900 - 3 kinds of lettuce, onion, purple cabbage, chicken breast, EVO/lime

I was so weak that I dropped my motorbike coming up the drive home at lunch. Some good Samaritan stopped to help me up . . . spent the afternoon in bed . . . decided I must be having a LUPUS flare-up, so made a batch of herbal Ayurvedic tea to help control the symptoms.

0640 - Pyramid #1-4 in 15 minutes. I had absolutely no energy to complete the 20 minutes and I was becoming dizzy and sweaty. I really have no idea what's going on???

0730 - Vegie soup with lots of shrimp
0900 - tusli tea
1030 - almonds, more tulsi
1245 - fresh coconut water
1315 - leftover chicken breast with lettuce and olives, EVO
1400 - 4 macadamia nuts
1800 - fresh coconut water
1900 - fresh water fish fried in coconut oil, grated ginger, onion, chilies, garlic
2030 - 5 macadamia nuts

In bed and asleep before 9pm!

DAY 14

0640 - DB Matrix X 2 sets with 4kg DB (I totally forgot about these exercises . . . I love them!)

My emotions are a bit better this morning . . . trying to move on from my indiscretions last night . . .

0745 - Smoothie with 1 carrot, 2 beet roots, bunch of red "greens", soaked cashews, cinnamon (drank 1/2)
0930 - Tulsi tea
1030 - other 1/2 of smoothie
1330 - lettuce, grape tomatoes, 1/2 pomegrant, chicken breast, lime/EVO
1800 - roasted pumpkin squash
1930 - chicken breast, grated ginger, white/black sesame seeds, sesame oil, spinach, roasted pumpkin squash
Really enjoyed the CARBS!

I still feel really tired . . . exhausted . . . in bed at 2030 . . . did not get the rest of the exercises done, AGAIN!

Day 13

0630 - Power Circuit 48/5 . . . did this because required no weights and did not feel like going to the GYM.

0730 - Fish soup
1030 - Almonds, Tulsi tea
1430 - Delmonico steak, steamed vegies, salad w/EVO/lime (eating late b/c husband's plane late)
1700 - Macadamia Nuts
1800 - Apple/PB
1900 - Wine, square of chocolate :(

Days 11-12

Had a rough weekend, felt like quiting. Really would have enjoyed a glass of wine. Instead, I made some almond "cookies" . . . no dried fruit or sweetner, so really just almonds and egg, but they kept me "legal" while I was travelling.

My body is rebelling, I think maybe I am coming down with something. No energy at all! Or maybe it's the low CARB days???

DAY 9

Guests left early this morning, but I managed to get in an ICP X 3 before leaving for work. I feel sort of zombie like . . . I think maybe it's the lack of carbs . . .

Still a WAVE day for me:

1300 - 3TB almond butter (no time for lunch :( )
1500 - Dragon fruit/melon - 5 chunks (sitting in front of me and I was starving!)
1900 - Grilled pork and fermented greens

DAY 7

Woke up late this morning, but did pyramid at home. Got thru to level #5 and did level #5 again, then 20 min was up!
1545 - MELTDOWN: 77/69; 86/64; 44/28; 40/64
I'm not doing so well with the spideys, my hips are still clinking. Pain in the foot that I injured last time around with the Lunge Thrus, but I'm just being careful and still doing them.

Today is beginning of WAVE . . .
0800 - brkfst: 3 small eggs, grilled pork, ylw capsium, cooked in 1 TB coconut oil
1000 - snack: tulsi tea, 18 raw almonds
1300 - Salmon bisque
1600 - 1TB almond butter
1900 - Grilled pork and chicken, vegie soup, greens, pak gouk

I read Dax's report about why we make excuses and fail . . . I'm really feeling that, today. I told myself that I was committed to complete the MAP, but when I'm so tired, I just CANNOT exercise. I have guests at home and lots of extra committments for these 2 weeks, but I realize that I cannot use that as an excuse. I really want to get back to where I was last year, but doing the work is hard! I am re-analyzing . . .

I had dinner guests again last night, so another late bedtime, but we ate at home, so I was able to control what I ate.

Day 6

I'm so bored with the Meltdown, so I went to the gym this morning and did ICP and some stretches afterward. It felt good!

0700 - banana, choc prt powder
0700 - 3 eggs fried in coconut oil
1100 - Apple, raw almonds
1300 - Vegetarian buffet . . . not so sure about all of the ingredients? . . . had to go to support a friend for her grand opening . . .
1830 - Buffet at home! Grilled fish, grilled pork, salmon bisque, Vietnamese lettuce wraps, raw vegies, watermelon.

Very late night . . . exhausted . . . in bed at 11pm.

Days 4 & 5

Well, it was the weekend, and that always means BUSY for me!

Sat - started off with the Power Circuit because I just couldn't face the MELTDOWN.
It wound up being the only exercise that I got in for the day because I returned home late and just had NO energy to move!

0800 - Brkfst: Smoothie
1200 - Lunch: Vietnamese noodle soup
1700 - Snack: Almond Butter/Apple
1900 - Dinner: Soup, papaya salad, liver lap

Sunday - 0700: MELTDOWN: 69/65; 82/64; 50/25; 39/68 feeling more coordinated

0800 - Brkfst: 3 sml eggs-spinach-tomatoe-Indian yogurt-curry powder
1200 - Lunch: Sticky rice, cabbage soup, sour greens, jaew
1530 - Snack: Grilled pork (very lean), jaew
1800 - Snack: Grilled chicken hearts, lettuce, mint leaves
2000 - Dinner: Raw carrot, blue cheese

Home late again, exhausted, fell into bed!

I did an ICP sometime in the day, but I didn't write the rest of the day and I have forgotten :(

Hard to sit down on toilet . . . DOMS!

0730: Breakfast: 1/2c dry oats, apple, almonds, coconut oil, cinnamon (ate 1/2)
1030: Snack: 1/2 of above


Surprised that I don't have a h/a! Drinking Tulsi tea diluted throughout morning.

feeling quite sore this morning, slight headache, really want a coffee, but had Tulsi Tea instead.

0730: BREAKFAST: SMOOTHIE (papaya, spinach, coconut, protein pwdr, flax oil, cinnamon, banana, water) 1/2
1030: Snack: 1/2 smoothie
1300: Lunch: 2 eggs, spinach, tomatoe, curry powder, Indian yogurt, 1 TB coconut oil
1745: Pre-dinner: grilled pork, sour greens (had to meet someone to translate, so ate 1/2 dinner, now and 1/2 later) Means my ICP time was cancelled, too :(
1945: Dinner: more pork and greens
2100: Snack: 1 TB almond butter

2030: Power Circuit: 42/0 Still cannot do the last one. I usually do the PC before bed or upon rising, but just 20/5. I will keep trying!

DAY 1

Started the morning with MELTDOWN. I now remember why I haven't done this exercise since the last group program :) My flexibility and endurance has gone way down!

0730: Breakfast = 3 small eggs, spinach, dried tomatoes in 1 TB coconut oil, curry powder, India yogurt, water.
10:30: Snack = 1/2 Asian pear, 2 TB almond butter, peppermint tea
1300: Lunch = salmon, salad (lettuce, tomatoe, cuke, evo/lime)
1600: Snack = clementine tangerine
1900: Dinner = tuna steak, slaw (purple cabbage, dakon radish, carrot, coconut oil, vinegar)

1730: ICP Not very fast b/c of DOMS.
2030: POWER CIRCUIT 40/1 absolutely could NOT do another one!
